The WIP Challenge inside The Quilter’s Clubhouse is a fun, encouraging way to make progress on your works in progress all year long — without deadlines, pressure, or guilt.

How the WIP Challenge Works

1. Join The Quilter’s Clubhouse by January 31, 2026
   Once you’re in, you’ll get access to the WIP Challenge space.
2. Create your WIP List
   Submit the Google form with the projects you want to work on this year — no judgment, no limits. You can use as many forms as you want! Just get them all in by January 31, 2026
3. Stitch at your own pace
   Work on your WIPs throughout the year with encouragement, accountability, and community support.
4. Finish & Share
   Each time you finish an item on your list and post it in the Clubhouse by December 31, you’ll earn one entry into the prize drawing.

WIP Challenge FAQs

Do I have to finish all my WIPs?
Nope! This challenge is about progress, not pressure. Finish one project or many — every finish counts and is worth celebrating.

What counts as a WIP?
Any unfinished quilting or sewing project you already started before joining the challenge. Quilts, quilt tops, purchased patterns, UFOs — if it’s been waiting, it counts. You decide if it is a WIP or not!

How much does it cost join?
You can join for $5/month or for $50/year (2 free months). When you join you get access to the WIP challenge, the entire community, our monthly zooms, the patterns that are available and any other monthly challenges we decide to take on as a group in 2026!

Can I add projects after I submit my WIP list?
Your official entries are based on the WIPs you list by January 31, so be sure to include anything you want counted toward prizes. You can submit multiple forms!

How do I earn entries into the prize drawing?
Each time you finish a project from your submitted WIP list and post it in The Quilter’s Clubhouse by December 31, you’ll earn one entry.

What if I don’t finish anything?
You’re still welcome in the Clubhouse! Many members join just for the motivation, community, and encouragement — finishes are a bonus.

Is this challenge beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. All skill levels are welcome, and the Clubhouse is a supportive, judgment-free space.

Do I have to be active every month?
Not at all. Jump in whenever you can — this is designed to fit real life.

What are the prizes?
At the end of the year, we’ll draw winners for a $50 gift card plus a bundle of quilty goodies. The more finishes you share, the more chances you have to win.

When do I need to join?
You’ll need to join The Quilter’s Clubhouse by January 31 to participate and submit your WIP list.

Terms & Fine Print

• Participants must be active members of The Quilter’s Clubhouse to take part in the WIP Challenge.
• Members must join the Clubhouse by January 31 and still be a member on 12/31/2026 and submit their WIP list by that date to be eligible for prize entries. If you run into any trouble – shoot me a message and we’ll work it out!
• Only projects listed on the submitted WIP list are eligible for prize entries.
• A project counts as one entry when it is fully finished and posted inside The Quilter’s Clubhouse by December 31.
• Entries must be shared within the Clubhouse community; finishes shared elsewhere will not count.
• Winners will be selected by random drawing after the challenge ends.
• The prize includes one $50 gift card and a bundle of quilty goodies.
• For international winners, the gift card may be substituted with an equivalent digital gift card or cash equivalent if shipping or availability is limited.
• Physical prize items are subject to shipping availability and reasonable shipping costs. In some cases, physical prizes may be substituted with a digital or equivalent-value item.
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
• No purchase is necessary beyond an active Clubhouse membership.
• This challenge is hosted by Tasha Quilts and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or anyone else!
• Challenge details, timelines, and prizes are subject to change at the discretion of Tasha Quilts.
